Chimichurri

Servings: 1/2 cup

Ingredients:
-1 cup itlalian parsley
-1 cup cilantro
-2 Tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
-2 large garlic cloves
-3 Tablespoons olive oil
-1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
-1 Tablespoon lime juice
-1 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions:
1) Puree all ingredients together in a food processor.

2) Serve immediately or refridgerate for up to 3 days.
