Slow Cooker Chili

Servings: 4 Big Man Bowls

-1 lb extra lean ground beef
-1 15 ounce can kidney beans, drained
-1 large onion (chopped)
-3/4 green pepper (chopped)
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatos
-1 tablespoon tomato paste
-3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
-3/4 tablespoon chili powder
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1. Saute the beef in a skillet over medium heat, and cook until brown. Drain the grease.
2. Place all the ingredients in the slow cooked and mix.
3. Cover the slow cooker and cook 8 hours on low or 5 hours on high.
